It was almost a year ago at the Missouri State Fair where I photographed my sister one night inside the fair’s carnival grounds. It wasn’t for any special occasion, but I knew I had wanted to attempt this shoot, and that should would most definitely want to be my model for it…she’s always up for my crazy ideas.

It’s hard to not feel like a child when you’re among the fairgrounds…playing games to win prizes, riding the different rides with your arms up in the air and the wind blowing through your hair, and of course all of the amazingly tasty, yet so unhealthy grub. I mean where else can you get fried oreos and a corn dog the size of your arm? Ok…maybe that’s a little extreme. 🙂
